Michelle is a Partner, People Strategy at Uplift Consulting. She has been working in human capital for over twenty years. Through her work for hundreds of clients, both for- and non-profit, from startups to the Fortune 250, she has created and augmented business infrastructure and strategy that centers around innovation and inclusivity. Her industry experience includes tech, luxury, manufacturing, retail, business services, commercial real estate, consumer services, and many more.
An analyzer of people and behavior at heart, Michelle authored the book We’re All Okay: A Millennial’s Treatise, the first book written about the Millennial generation by a Millennial. Weaving historical insights through a business lens, Michelle provides straightforward, actionable plans businesses can enact that reflect her expertise in problem solving. She leverages this expertise to lift others up through coaching, advisement and an optimism-oriented approach.
Michelle holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a master’s degree in Human Resource Management with Legal Specialization. She is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources, does business in Spanish and Italian, and is conversant in French and Korean. She has been most recently selected to speak at the Forum for Workplace Inclusion, Fordham University, and the Rutgers Center for Women in Business. Her advice and expertise has been featured in Forbes, The List, the Art Newspaper and more.
