Our Approach
Our program is called Strength Embodied. It is unique in that it places the knowledge of weight lifting in the participants’ hands, which departs from the traditional paradigm of a participant working indefinitely with a coach.
The first step is to match a qualified Trauma-Sensitive fitness professional with a client. Once paired, the client will engage in a program with the following parameters:

60-minute sessions

Initial assessment to measure progress of intervention
Throughout the program, participants will learn how to:

Perform fundamental movement patterns

Personalize mobility work/movement prep

Assess one's own progress

Evaluate each movement to ensure appropriate weight is used

Claim space and share space in gym environment
Upon graduation of the program, each participant will receive a 1-year membership to a predetermined fitness facility.
