
Reshard Riggins
Director
Reshard Riggins, Co-Executive Director, is a veteran in the field of human and community services, with more than thirty years of experience working in varying capacities serving demographics of HIV+, substance use disorder/recovery, mental health, developmentally disabled, and homeless population.

Reshard is a Masters of Public Administration graduate of Baruch College with a specialization in Nonprofit Management and Public Policy as a United Way Fellow through their initiative for Nonprofit Leadership Development As an experienced, transformative executive who drives attainment on both strategic and operational levels, sets high-performance standards and consistently achieves non-profits' vision and mission based work expectations in alignment with agency compliance systems. Reshard is great at establishing operational integrity in all programmatic endeavors, as well as ensuring the availability of needed resources and infrastructure with a history of technical assistance within the educational and workforce development sectors.
Reshard is a collaborative leader with a history of successfully managing people in environments where growth has been a significant factor. She has a strong track record of accomplishments within the not-for-profit and New York City contracted workforce development sectors, directing complex systems to achieve clear results in closing achievement and economic equity gaps for New Yorkers.
Reshard is a mission-oriented consensus- builder and coach with a passion for making decisions and establishing policy through the lens of diversity, equity, and inclusion.
